Since its opening in 1999, the concise, five-story building located at Kantstraße 17 has established itself as one o the most famous places in Berlin for selected interior design – with a unique concept of around 40 stores on 20,000 square meters and ALICE Rooftop & Garden on the top floor roof terrace. The appropriate name for this since May 2021: LIVING BERLIN.

For all those who have known the house for many years but who are not yet familiar with the name LIVING BERLIN: Since May 2021, the home for interior design in Berlin has been holding this new name – LIVING BERLIN. The new name states what the icon of furniture stores in the capital stands for: “The name LIVING BERLIN carries the successful concept of the last few years as well as the deep connection to the city of Berlin, from us owners and all tenants alike. At this location, a unique concept in stationary retail around design, interior and lifestyle has emerged, and it is a pleasure for us to develop it further together with our tenants for many more successful years”, says Tim Mayer, Head of Asset Management Retail Germany at CBRE Global Investors.
